The adapter was developed for axial grooving with C92 cartridges and is available for PSC and HSK holders with grooving widths of 3 mm and 4 mm and grooving depths of 15 mm.

Back turning operations in tight areas are no longer a problem with this insert. The MULTICUT 4 decolletage insert is used for roughing and finishing avarage cutting depths (ap = 1-2 mm) and has optimal chip formation.
The insert is ideal for steel and alloyed steels.

The new 4-edged inserts from the MULTICUT 4 series are ISO profiling inserts that are designed for narrow, difficult-to-reach profiles.
(e.g. close to the workpiece chuck). Finishing and profile turning with low cutting depths, face turning/thread clearance, difficult materials such as titanium or
Aluminum alloys and components with high surface quality are further advantages of these inserts.
The insert is ideal for steel and alloyed steels.
